Judge rejects Montco lawyer’s bid to have Obama removed from ballot

A federal judge in Philadelphia last night threw out a complaint by a Montgomery County lawyer who claimed that Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama was not qualified to be president and that his name should be removed from the Nov. 4 ballot.

Philip J. Berg alleged in a complaint filed in federal district court on Aug. 21 against Obama, the Democratic National Committee and the Federal Election Commission, that Obama was born in Mombasa, Kenya.

Berg claimed that the Democratic presidential standardbearer is not even an American citizen but a citizen of Indonesia and therefore ineligible to be president.  Full article here

Sourced as proof are the Anneberg-affiliated FactCheck.org and a digital copy of the birth certificate posted on the Fight the Smears website.  Look at the example provided below – I suppose we are to now believe the captain of the Starship Enterprise was a real person born in Hawaii, not a fictional character born in Iowa?  I’m  just sayin’…

Should Barack Obama Answer His Critics???

SARASOTA, FL. (NS) – With the number of lawsuits growing again Sen. Barack Obama over the allegation he was not born in Hawaii, it has become more evident that to silence the critics and answer the charges levied against him, Barack Obama just might want to put this issue to sleep once and for all…

As of this article, there are lawsuits entered and pending in Hawaii, Washington, California, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, New York and Conneticut, all of which are seeking judicial authority to force the ‘certifying or decertifying’ of Sen. Barack Obama’s qualification to run as candidate for President as a ‘natural born’ U.S. citizen. Previously, two lawsuits have failed to force the certifying documents from Obama…

There are also other lawsuits being filed in more states as well over the same thing…

Now folks, as yourself this question…

Is is possible to have a fraudulent birth certificate that has been using by an individual for over 40 years for id, getting a job, proof for whatever??? YES it is!

Illegal aliens have been getting fake ids for years and years along our Northern and Southern Borders from those who attempt to ‘hide’ the true identity of the illegal aliens so those same people can go on to get Social Security numbers and apply for Welfare, Medicaid and whatever else it is they need to apply for using a fake birth certificate…

Once again my point is, why doesn’t Senator Barack Obama just produce his ‘original certifying copy’ of his birth certificate, from Hawaii, and END all of these lawsuits and allegations growing against him???

It was Obama’s own Kenyan grandmother who said “she was present when Barack Obama was born in Kenya,” to a Kenyan Muslim father, not a U.S.  Citizen, and an American born mother…

The only catch here, if it is accurate, is if Obama was born IN Kenya and not Hawaii, and not on a U.S. military base or compound or territory, according to our U. S. Constitution, he is NOT eligible to run for President…

Qualifications for the Office of President

Age and Citizenship requirements – US Constitution, Article II, Section 1…  No person except a natural born citizen, or a citizen of the United States, at the time of the adoption of this Constitution, shall be
eligible to the office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years, and been fourteen years a resident within the United States…
Term limit amendment – US Constitution, Amendment XXII, Section 1 – ratified February 27, 1951…
No person shall be elected to the office of the President more than twice, and no person who has held the office of President, or acted as President, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected President shall be elected to the office of the President more than once…

Now after reading this and understanding what the term “natural born citizen” means, WHY would you  ignore, fail to comply, and just thumb your nose at those who were accusing you of something that could cause you to be ‘disqualified’ from the President race???

Does Senator Obama not think that even if he wins and becomes President of the United States and facts come out ‘afterwards’ that he could not be disqualified and removed from office???

Well folks, it actually ‘could happen’ if it is proven, and there are those who are working very hard to either confirm or deny the’ being born in Kenya’ comment made by Barack’s African grandmother.

If it were ME and perhaps even one of YOU, if these allegations were levied against YOU and you wanted to clear your name, you would just ‘do it’. Right???

Folks, this is why there is so much doubt and so many news stories about this from credible and reliable News services like the African Press International, News Max and World Net Daily…

It just doesn’t get any simpler than that and again I repeat if it were YOU or ME, we’d be doing just that to stop all the growing allegations…
